Family Dinner is so important to the family dynamic, if you have a meals prepared in advance it makes it easier to sit down with your small family and share a meal, Meal Preparation will also include snacks and lunches to nourish mom as she navigates the early weeks of motherhood.

Breakfast for Dinner-Egg Casserole, Muffins and Fresh Fruit

Chicken or Beef Fajitas with Onion and Bell Peppers includes Guacamole & Tortilla Chips

Classic Pot Roast with Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

Homemade Banana-Walnut or Zucchini Nut Bread

Overnight Oats

 

Chicken or Seafood Salad on Nutty Bread or Croissant

 

Salami, Cheese, Fruit and Veggies cut up in fridge
